  • ​How do I place an order?
    Browse the online store tab and select the item you would like to purchase and add it to the cart. All orders are submitted and processed with Paypal or our credit card system.
  • Do you have a store location?
    We are currently an online store only but allow pickup from a residential address in Yagoona or Carlton NSW.
  • Payment & Shipping
    Payments are accepted via Paypal or credit cards. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Please advise if urgent and we can guarantee to post next day with standard or express shipping. All orders are sent with tracking numbers.
  • Cancellations and Refunds
    Cancellations or amendments are accepted only if done before your purchase has been shipped. Returns will not be accepted and refunds cannot be provided unless products purchased are damaged in transit.
  • Secure Ordering & Privacy
    All personal information is accessible by our staff only. We do not resell or otherwise make available customer information of any kind to anybody. To safeguard your personal information, we use PayPal which does not make your payment information directly visible to us at anytime.
  • Discounts & Promotional Codes
    Discounts are currently not offered but look out for our sales item months!
